At MNM Sports, we believe that ordering your team’s custom uniform and gear should be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Now that your visual request is completed and approved, it’s time to move on to the next step: filling in your roster.
This step is essential for us to finalize the details of your order. Here’s a quick guide to walk you through how to complete your roster.
Access the roster
Once your visual request has been approved, you’ll be able to access the roster directly through our customer portal. The roster is always connected to a specific visual request, so make sure you’re selecting the right one.
Depending on the type of customizations you selected in Step 1, the way you fill in your roster will slightly vary. Here are the two ways you could fill in your roster:
Option 1: You chose customizations (name, number or rank)
If you selected at least one of the customization options — name, number or rank (“C” for captain and “A” for assistant captain) — you’ll need to enter specific information for each player of your team.
Roster structure
Each row in the roster represents one player. You’ll see columns for each customizations chosen in the visual request (for example: “Name”, “Number” and/or “Rank”).
How to fill in this type of roster
Fill in a player’s details in the appropriate columns. For example:

To add another player, simply click the “+” button in the roster and you will have a new row with the same columns to fill in the second player’s details. Keep going until your full team is entered.
Make sure to double-check the spelling and digits to make sure everything will be printed correctly!
Option 2: No customizations selected
If you didn’t choose any customizations, your roster will appear in a simplified format. This means you’ll only need to indicate the quantities by size for each item.
Roster structure
You’ll see a grid showing all available sizes (e.g., XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) for each product in your order.
How to fill in this type of roster
Besides each size box, enter the quantity you need. For example:

Final check before submission
Before moving on to the final step (submitting your order), make sure all the player info or size quantities are accurate. If you hesitate on what sizes you need for your team, we can provide a sizing kit — just contact us!
